The list runs by region, from the Gulf to the Mediterranean and the Atlantic; it is a selection, not a ranking of one developer against another, and we review it as new projects launch.

Founding Partners are given preferential standing in our lists of the region’s leading Luxury Real Estate Agencies and Developers, this one included.
Each Territory has three places for Founding Partner Developers, open from the first day; once they are filled, no more are issued. Founding Partners are made only in Years 1 to 3, and remain Founders for life for as long as they renew each year. The Year 1 fee is US$50,000. Every Founding Partner is approved in writing, by email, by The Middle East Company and TheMiddleEast.com before any wire instructions are given.
