Emirates business class has a fresh look in Central Florida. Since November 1, 2026, the airline's newest aircraft, the Airbus A350, flies daily between Orlando and Dubai, taking over from the Boeing 777 that has served the route since 2015, with three cabins including Premium Economy.

Emirates business class on the A350
Emirates business class travelers in Florida have a new aircraft to look forward to. On November 1, 2026, Emirates moved its daily Orlando service to the Airbus A350, the newest type in its fleet. The airline announced the change on October 1, and the A350 takes over from the Boeing 777, which has flown the route since Emirates first came to Orlando International Airport in 2015.
The schedule stays simple, one flight each way every day. EK219 leaves Dubai at 3:05 a.m. and arrives in Orlando at 10:20 a.m. local time, in time for a late breakfast in Florida. EK220 departs Orlando at 8:20 p.m. and reaches Dubai at 7:10 p.m. the following evening. Going by the published local times, the westbound flight takes a little over 16 hours and the journey home a little under 14.

Why the change matters
For travelers from Central Florida, the A350 brings the airline's latest cabin interiors and technology to a route that had been flown by an older aircraft. Matthew Jones, Emirates' Vice President for the USA, described it as a way "to roll out elevated experiences for our customers in the US." The 1-2-1 Business Class layout matters on a flight of this length: no climbing over a neighbor in the night, and a private corridor to the aisle whenever you want it.
We looked at the A350's Business Class and Premium Economy cabins in detail when Emirates brought the aircraft to Kolkata and Mauritius; our earlier piece on the Emirates A350 describes the seats and service. Planning a first trip
The timing of the flights suits a first trip to Dubai. The evening departure from Orlando lets you finish a working day, sleep across the Atlantic and arrive in Dubai in time for dinner. For many travelers Dubai is also the start of something bigger, and an onward Emirates connection can carry you to the Indian Ocean, Africa or Asia. If you plan to pause on the way, our piece on the airline's stopover in Dubai offer explains how a few nights in the city can be added to a longer journey.
November is one of the most pleasant months to arrive. The summer heat has gone, the beaches and terraces are full again and the city's winter calendar is beginning. Our guide to Dubai's finest hotels, from Palm Jumeirah to Downtown will help you choose where to stay, and our first trip to the Middle East guide covers the practical questions, from what to pack to how to move around.
It is worth booking Business Class early for the winter holidays, when demand from families and returning residents is at its highest. Fares and seat maps are on emirates.com.
