Founding Partners
A mark carried only by the Founding Partners of TheMiddleEast.com: Luxury Real Estate agencies and developers approved by The Middle East Company for their integrity and their record in the region.
What it means
When you see the Golden Badge at the top of a firm's page, it means that agency or developer is a Founding Partner of TheMiddleEast.com. It joined The Middle East Company in its first years, from 2026, and was approved for the way it does business.
The badge appears in two forms, the round seal and the ribbon. Both mean the same thing.
Earned, never bought
Every Founding Partner is approved by The Middle East Company. We consider only firms with a long record of high standards in the region, and we look at many things before we say yes: how a firm treats its clients, its standing with the authorities, and its history of honest dealing.
No amount of money can buy a place. Our first duty is to the people who do business with the firms we present: their safety and their security.
Three at most
In each of our Territories there are never more than three Founding Partner agencies and three Founding Partner developers. Founding Partners are always listed first, so a buyer chooses among a few of the best, never among hundreds.
Held with care
A firm keeps the Golden Badge for as long as it remains a Founding Partner in good standing and renews each year. If a firm leaves, or falls short of our integrity standards, the badge is removed.
The Register
Every genuine Golden Badge on TheMiddleEast.com links to its line in this register. If you see the badge on a website, brochure or signboard and the firm is not listed here, please tell us at [email protected].
The first Founding Partners will be listed here as they are approved.

TheMiddleEast.com is an advertising and media platform, not a real estate broker, agent or finder. The Golden Badge tells you a firm was approved by us; it is not a guarantee of any property or sale.
Always confirm a property, its price and the firm's license directly with the agency or developer, and never send money to TheMiddleEast.com for any property.
